Office Hours

Our office staff is available for your service during the following hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Lunch hours are from 12noon to 1:30pm
Friday: 9:00am-12noon for scheduling and payment purposes only

We also offer a 24 hour answering service where you can leave a detailed message at any time.  We will be happy to return your calls.

Will be given in office on the day of the first visit

Payment Info

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express as well as personal checks and cash for your portion of treatment fees. We also offer no down payment plans available based upon your credit status as needed. We accept most insurance and Medicaid.
