Our office staff is available for your service during the following hours:
Monday- Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm

We also offer a 24 hour answering service where you can leave a detailed message at any time.  We will be happy to return your calls.

Payment Info

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express as well as personal checks and cash for your portion of treatment fees. We also offer no down payment plans available based upon your credit status as needed. We accept any insurance allowable upon your contract, and will file claims for your convenience.
